Audit
The Polish law requires an annual examination of public limited companies’ financial statements. Other companies are obliged to conduct the examination if during the previous account year they met two of the three following criteria:
- average number of employees - over 50;
- balance sheet total – over 2.5 million euro;
- income from sales of goods and services and financial operations – over 5 million euro.
